Education: A College Degree is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in Operations is preferred, but a keen desire for a career in Financial Services is a must.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, with the ability to navigate complex websites. Technical support skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
Account Management: Perform account updates, stock transfers, and routine maintenance.
Financial Processing: Execute disbursements via check and Fed wire, process payments, and manage check stop-payments.
Problem Resolution: Investigate payment discrepancies, resolve escalated issues, and clear outstanding debits.
Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, process client requests, and handle scanning and reporting.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to control guidelines and industry compliance standards while meeting high production and quality benchmarks.
Collaboration: Interact professionally with internal teams, the Service Center, and external clients.
