Administrative Assistant needed for a quick start! Call or Maria
Duties
Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
Handle incoming calls professionally and transfer them to relevant departments or individuals.
Manage email correspondence effectively.
Assist in procurement processes, including requesting quotes and placing orders.
Maintain organized records and files Qualifications
Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong grammar and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
