What will your responsibilities be?
Implement and maintain ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management functionalities.
Oversee and manage Hardware Asset lifecycle
Perform model normalization and other technical configurations within the HAM module.
Support contract management for leasing agreements.
Contribute to the hardware refresh process, ensuring timely execution.
Coordinate small-scale projects and collaborate with external service providers.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with global teams and internal stakeholders.
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions independently.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
Experience with model normalization and technical HAM functions.
Knowledge of contract management for leasing.
Familiarity with the hardware refresh process.
Certifications in Hardware Asset Management or ServiceNow.
Experience working with external service providers.
Experience coordinating small projects.
Highly motivated and proactive in driving initiatives forward.
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.

Base monthly salary starting from 2500 EUR gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum in the advert
