Our client is seeking a VIP Desktop Support Engineer to provide high-touch, white glove technical support to senior executives and VIP users. The ideal candidate thrives in enterprise environments and understands the urgency and professionalism required when supporting leadership. This is an onsite position based in New York City, NY.
Starting at $45/hr.
VIP Desktop Support Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide white glove desktop and help desk support to VIPs and executives
Deliver in-person and remote support with a strong focus on customer service and responsiveness
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory, and enterprise applications
Act as a trusted technical partner to senior leadership, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Collaborate closely with a small, specialized 3-person support team
VIP Desktop Support Engineer's Qualifications and Skills:
At least 5 years of experience providing desktop or help desk support in financial services or enterprise environments
Prior experience supporting executives or VIP users required
Strong white glove support skills with a customer-first mindset
Hands-on experience with Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
