We're currently hiring a press brake operator for a growing shop in Brooklyn Park. This is a first shift opportunity that is offering up to $23/hour plus benefits.

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Wage: $20 - 23/hr.

Hours: 6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday

Duties of the press brake operator:

Set up and operate press brakes

Recognize the need for a process change and incorporate when needed

Complete blueprint reading ability and understanding; locate, identify calculate and check

Critical inspection criteria as needed

Answer any dimensional questions

Troubleshoot and correct process problems, machine problems and program problems

Instruct and monitor operators for tolerances, appearance, quality, safety, efficiency, and rates

Perform all set ups, regardless of difficulty, from preparation through actual set up

Assist, train, mentor, coach, and direct operators and set up personnel

Requirements of the press brake operator:

Blueprint reading

Set up / operate press brakes

Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
