What Youll Do
Lead, mentor, and develop a high?performing onsite team (leasing & service)
Own the financial performance of the community: budgets, P&L, variance explanations, and expense control
Drive occupancy, retention, and NOI through strategic leasing and marketing efforts
Deliver an exceptional resident experienceevery interaction, every day
Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and company policies
Partner closely with ownership, vendors, and regional leadership
Set the tone for culture, accountability, and pride in ownership
What Were Looking For
2+ years of Community Manager experience
Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets and P&Ls
A confident leader who coaches, motivates, and holds teams accountable
Excellent communication, organization, and problem?solving skills
Tech?savvy and comfortable with property management systems
Someone who takes ownership, brings energy, and keeps chopping wood
