Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Operator

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Location: Oro Valley, AZ (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $18.08/hr (W2)

Shift: 1st Shift Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Differential: None

Position Overview:

This is a 1st shift onsite Associate Manufacturing Operator role within Reagent Manufacturing. The position focuses on hands-on product assembly while ensuring quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble products according to established specifications and procedures

Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process

Maintain productivity and meet daily production goals

Safely operate manufacturing tools and equipment

Identify and report issues or deviations to supervisors in a timely manner

Qualifications:

0–5 years of relevant experience

Strong problem-solving skills

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Ability to use basic manufacturing tools and systems

Preferred:

Prior manufacturing or production experience

Additional Notes:

This is a 1st shift role (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Pay rate is $18.08/hr with no shift differential
