School Behavior Specialist - Haughton, LA

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role is a part-time Behavior Specialist position focused on providing RBT supervision services for an elementary school setting. The position requires a Louisiana-licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an LBA certification. The candidate will work under a 1099 contract and will have flexible opportunities to provide supervision either onsite or virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote or onsite supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in compliance with state and agency guidelines.

Support the implementation of behavior intervention plans and progress monitoring.

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of supervision activities.

Maintain effective communication with school staff and relevant stakeholders to support student behavioral goals.

Qualifications:

Must hold a current Louisiana BCBA license and LBA certification.

Experience working in elementary school settings preferred.

Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and ethical supervision practices.

Ability to work independently under a contract arrangement.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Duration: Current School Year (through 5/19/2026)

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 2 hours per week

Contract Type: 1099 contractor status
