As an Electro Physics Engineer/Scientist, you will:/polliPerform complicated trade studies, modeling, simulation, and other forms of analysis to predict component, interconnects, and system performance and to optimize design for E3 performance./liliWork (under minimal direction) to achieve Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of electronics, wiring, and structure./liliInterface with manufacturing for complex E3 aspects of the designs, coordinate with suppliers to assure compatibility at the system level.

Report achievements and issues to program management and customers./liliSupport project management by coordinating development of work statement, budget, schedule, and other required inputs and conducting appropriate reviews./liliDevelop and implement Test Automation for aircraft modifications./liliApply EMI engineering technology experience to document and solve complex problems./liliPerform trade studies, modeling, simulation, and other forms of analyses to predict component, interconnects, and system performance and to optimize design./liliApply conversion, correction, and antenna factors to EMI/EMC analyses and test./liliWork on a cross-functional support team and communicate clearly in various review boards both internally externally./liliProcess engineering data into meaningful tables and graphs for inclusion into reports./li/olpThe ideal candidate will have:/pulliMust possess a bachelors degree in engineering, engineering technology, engineering physics, or physics./liliMust be familiar with the Electromagnetic concepts (such as RF isolation, shielding, grounding, and filtering)./lili7 or more years related work experience (Expert Level)./lipPay Range: $76 to $84 per hour/ppBenefits: Innova Solutions offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: Medical pharmacy coverage, Dental/vision insurance, 401(k), Health saving account (HSA) and Flexible spending account (FSA), Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, Short term and long term Disability, Accident Critical illness coverage, pre-paid legal ID theft protection, Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP)./ppInnova Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
