Fluence Labs is hiring a Lead Digital Radiographer (ASNT RT III) for a full-time travel-based role across the U.S. If you've got deep DR experience, sharp problem-solving skills, and want to work on the most advanced inspections in the industry — this is the role for you.
You'll join a highly skilled, agile team solving real-world challenges in aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing.
What You'll Do
Interpret and evaluate digital radiographs (DR) of aerospace castings
Perform internal audits on RT personnel
Provide training to a team of RT II technicians
Perform process control checks
Deliver detailed inspection documentation to stakeholders
Operate independently on high-profile client sites
Travel nationwide 100% of the time
Must-Have Qualifications
ASNT RT III or equivalent
5+ years of NDT experience
Strong autonomous work ethic; self-directed problem-solver
Skilled in NDT acquisition/evaluation software
Competence with standards like ASTM, ASME, AWS
U.S. Citizen or equivalent
Physically able to lift 25 lbs, stand for long periods, climb stairs.Compensation
$50-$65/hour based on experience
Up to $200/day per diem
OT and weekend hours Required
