Boddington Hotel and Accommodation is seeking reliable and experienced Cooks to join our kitchen team in a busy regional hotel environment.
This role suits someone who takes pride in honest, well-executed food, understands the rhythm of a traditional hotel kitchen, and works well as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, cook and plate menu items to a consistent, high standard
• Complete prep before each service ensuring use of quality ingredients
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and storage
• Use kitchen equipment safely and competently
• Work efficiently during service periods, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
About You
• Relevant commercial cookery qualification or 2-year relevant experience
• At least one-year full time experience in a commercial kitchen
• Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

• Remuneration: $76,515 to $78,000 per annum plus super, depending on experience
