Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve a K-12 school setting located in Atmore, AL. The role involves providing specialized speech-language services across multiple school locations within the district, supporting students from preschool through 6th grade, as well as collaborating with other SLPs in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students aged 3-12, including preschool and elementary levels.

Manage caseloads effectively while coordinating services across four school sites.

Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student communication goals.

Maintain compliance with state licensure and educator certification requirements.

Monitor and document student progress and develop tailored treatment plans.

Provide assistance to another SLP at a local elementary school if schedules permit.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Professional License or Educator Certification in Speech-Language Pathology is required.

Experience working with diverse age groups, particularly PK to 6th grade students.

Ability to work onsite and navigate multiple school environments.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience level can range from entry (0-2 years) to seasoned professionals (10+ years) with corresponding salary expectations.

Position Details:

Contract duration through the school year: ASAP start through May 20, 2026.

Full-time schedule, 35 hours per week.

Positions available within various schools including preschool centers and elementary schools in the district.
