Company description

We're a team of makers and dreamers, turning strategic ideas into flawless retail executions. We collaborate closely with our clients to elevate the expected and embrace the new, the next, and the complex.

Nothing is impossible— If you can shop it, we can do it.

Overview

We’re seeking a Data Asset Manager to support and evolve the client’s digital asset ecosystem. This newly created role will serve as the primary steward of Client’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring assets are organized, accessible, scalable, and optimized for a global organization.

While this role is positioned at an associate level, we are open to candidates at various career stages who bring relevant DAM experience, strong organizational instincts, and a desire to build and refine systems from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and own a critical function for a globally recognized brand. You won’t be stepping into a fully defined role — you’ll help define it, influence how it scales, and leave a lasting impact on how the client manages and activates their assets worldwide.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, agency partners, and client stakeholders, and spend time working from or alongside the client’s office in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities

As the Data Asset Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the foundational systems, workflows, and governance that support client’s asset ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

Organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries and supporting systems

Developing, documenting, and refining workflows, processes, and user onboarding procedures

Managing new user setup, roles, permissions, and access structures

Defining and implementing taxonomy, tagging strategies, and naming conventions

Configuring and managing image transform options and asset renditions

Serving as the primary liaison with Bynder and managing the vendor relationship

Identifying current needs, challenges, and opportunities to inform long-term optimization and scalability

Collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to ensure DAM solutions support real business needs

Qualifications

You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of organization, technology, and collaboration. You’re comfortable creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist and enjoy improving how teams work.

Ideal qualifications:

Experience with Digital Asset Management systems (Bynder experience is a strong plus, but not required)

Strong project management and organizational skills

Technically adept, with the ability to understand and configure systems and workflows

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable documenting best practices

Confident working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment

Comfortable owning and building a function from the ground up
