Operating Foreman Zero Turn Mowing Crew
Location: Rosharon, Texas

Pay: Salary starting at $52,000 year + performance incentives
Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round
Who Were Looking For
Were hiring an Operating Foreman to lead a zero-turn mowing crew with speed, pride, and accountability. This is a working leadership role youll be on the mower, setting the pace, while managing quality, safety, and crew performance.

What Youll Be Responsible For
Daily Operations
Run a zero-turn mowing route efficiently and profitably
Lead a 23 person crew with clear expectations and standards
Ensure properties meet company quality specs every visit
Load/unload equipment and maintain a clean, organized truckLeadership & Accountability
Set the tone for pace, professionalism, and safety
Train crew members on mowing patterns, trimming, and blowing standards
Hold crew accountable for attendance, performance, and attitude
Communicate issues, delays, or site conditions to managementEquipment & Safety
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Identify and report mechanical issues before breakdowns
Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
Route completion on time, every day
Zero preventable damage claims
Consistent quality scores on inspections
Crew retention and performance improvement
Requirements
2+ years commercial mowing experience (zero-turn required)
Proven experience leading or training others
Strong understanding of mowing patterns, trimming, and edging
Valid drivers license (chauffeur or DOT a plus)
Reliable, punctual, and coachable
Spanish/English bilingual is a plus (not required)
