Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing to onboarding support)

Identify and attract top talent through job boards, social platforms, and professional networks

Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs

Develop and improve recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives

Maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases

Support workforce planning and hiring analytics

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Interview Process

Introduction to recruitment processes, talent strategy, and working methods

Interviews to assess recruitment skills, communication ability, adaptability, and growth mindset

Required Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection

Experience or strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources

Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and make sound hiring recommendations
