Key Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end HR operations and people management processes
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and talent development
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Design and improve policies, procedures, and HR frameworks
Support employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR standards
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making
Coach managers and teams on people-related matters
