Key Responsibilities:
· Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and treating cylinders (will train).
· Lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
· Work well both independently and as part of a team.
· Learn and master activities necessary to produce high-quality pressure treated lumber products.
· Process work orders through various stages of production and update LumberTrack program (inventory) as necessary.
· Operate treating cylinder using lumber treating software.
· Trouble-shoot issues during the treating process.
Qualifications:
· Lumber experience and knowledge.
· Strong computer skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
· Knowledge of wood treatment processes helpful but not required (we will train).
· Supervisory experience a plus - we are looking for a candidate with aspirations and ability to grow into a leadership position within the company.

· Weekend shifts (after 90-day probationary period and upon completion of training):
o 3-day work week (12-hour shifts).
