Mallory is looking for a Territory Manager to join our growing sales team!

Territory Manager Job Duties:

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors

Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor

Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers

Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as monthly and annual territory analyses as requested

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

Problem solves by working with other associates to achieve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Resolves customer complaints and questions by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by working with suppliers, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Manages Onsite Associates in daily tasks and provides support as needed

Territory Manager Desired Skills and Qualifications:

1-3 years of sales experience

Safety and/or industrial distribution knowledge is highly preferred

Strong interpersonal communication skills across a variety of platforms

Self-starter spirit and proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

Intermediate to Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs, and other company software platforms

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Valid Driver’s License required

Physical Requirements:

Occasional bending, twisting, standing, and stooping

Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the day

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
