Position Summary: Clean, wash and sanitize meat, seafood and poultry processing areas and maintain cleanliness of workspace by performing the following duties.
What you’ll do: Prep Processing room for washing Power down machines using appropriate procedures Break down equipment for cleaning.
Remove cardboard, trash bags, inedible from processing rooms Use high and low pressure water wash systems with water temperature between 120-140F Use proper detergent and sanitizing chemicals following MSDS procedures Ability to read labels for chemical identification About you: High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 months of experience #L1-MS1
