The primary focus of this role will be on hunting new accounts, cultivating them to maturity, and then transitioning them to the care of our Key Account Managers. Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Utilize various channels such as networking, cold calling, and market research to identify potential clients.
Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective accounts.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
Initiate contact with key decision-makers within target companies.
Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
Strategic Account Development:
Develop a deep understanding of the industry landscape and competitive positioning.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and strategically expand the company’s footprint.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
Pipeline Management:
Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and updating key stakeholders as necessary.
Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity.
Transitioning Accounts:
Work closely with Key Account Managers to facilitate a smooth handover process for newly acquired accounts.
Provide comprehensive insights and background information to ensure continuity in client relationships.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Analyze data to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

Mandatory Requirements
1. Need candidates from EV companies / Startups or EV OEMs
2. Candidate should have experience in hardware sales (Electronic product)
3. Candidate should have experience in selling EV products to companies like Bajaj, Mahindra, EV Clients and OEM's
