We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of the legal field and be comfortable handling administrative, coordination, and office-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day office administration and clerical work
Basic understanding of legal and court-related work (files, documents, dates, coordination)
Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documents
Coordinate flight ticket and hotel bookings when required
Handle office correspondence, emails, and internet-based work
Support senior staff with administrative and documentation tasks
Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and professionalism in office work
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Basic knowledge of law, court procedures, and legal documentation
Good computer and internet knowledge (email, online portals, basic office tools)
Knowledge of Tally or Busy accounting software is an added advantage
Basic office management and coordination skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Working Hours:
Office timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Candidate should be flexible with time, as work may occasionally extend till 8:00 or 9:00 PM

Punctual and disciplined with office timings
