About the Role

As a Front Counter Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their experience. Whether it’s helping someone select the perfect piece of jewelry, answering questions about our services, or ensuring smooth transactions, you’ll play an essential role in making every visit to Body Jewel exceptional.

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Welcoming customers with a warm and professional demeanor. - Assisting customers in selecting jewelry that fits their style and needs. - Answering questions about our products, piercing services, and aftercare. - Managing transactions efficiently and accurately at the front counter. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Supporting the team to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
