Westminster Village is seeking a dependable 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician - Facilities & Property Security to serve as the overnight presence for campus safety, security, and basic maintenance support.

What You'll Do

Conduct overnight security rounds of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas

Monitor doors, access points, lighting, alarms, and report safety or security concerns

Respond to after-hours incidents and emergencies, coordinating with emergency services when needed

Perform minor maintenance and repairs (lighting, basic plumbing/electrical, HVAC filters)

Complete work orders and document security rounds and incidents

Assist with snow/ice removal, trash removal, and basic campus support tasksRequirements:

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required

Maintenace, facilities, or security experience preferred

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight

Strong attention to detail and professionalism

Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)

Willingness to participate in required training

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally

Indoor and outdoor work, including exposure to weather and use of PPE

Overnight shift availability required

The schedule for this position will be 3rd shift, Thursday through Monday. Flexibility may be available based on operational needs.

Starting wage is $18.78 - $20.78 per hour, plus shift differential.
