Production Operator in Blacksburg, VA

As a Production Operator in the Blacksburg, VA facility, you will support the manufacturing of high precision components used in aerospace, defense, and motion control systems. Key Responsibilities

Perform basic assembly operations using approved manufacturing documentation.

Correctly store, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring calibration dates and seals are verified.

Conduct electrical testing using automated test equipment.

Solder, read from blueprints, and use microscopes for detailed assembly tasks.

Complete all required paperwork for each part accurately and legibly.

Perform minor rework following Standard Rework Procedures, Quality History Tag Instructions, or rework routers.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred, must demonstrate the ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer based work instructions in English.

Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Mechanical aptitude, strong quality consciousness, and good manual dexterity.

Ability to work onsite in Blacksburg, VA.

Work Environment & Schedule

MUST be flexible to work either 1st or 2nd shift.

Compensation

Starting pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
