Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $14.50 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Cashier / Server:

Set tables, polish glasses, fold napkins, and replenish condiments during opening duties

Attend pre-shift and general meetings to learn about special offers, stock issues, and service updates

Help management and hosts greet and seat guests, and provide them with food and wine menus

Introduce yourself to guests and inform them about special offers and stock shortages before they order

Serve beverages promptly and keep them refilled

Accurately enter orders into the point of sale (POS) system

Follow up on food and beverage orders with the kitchen

Check on guests to ensure their satisfaction and relay feedback to management

Provide guests with their check upon request and thank them warmly upon departure

Perform closing duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, and preparing linens for laundry collection

Available shifts:

1st Shift (Day)

2nd Shift (Evening)

Weekends

Job requirements:

Completion of product knowledge training, and written and verbal exams

Proficient with maintaining solid customer base

Excellent verbal communication skills

Outstanding people skills

Well-groomed, professional appearance

Available to work shifts, extended hours, over weekends and holidays

Physically fit, agile and dexterous

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Proficient time-management skills
