* Sets grade stakes for construction projects.
* Inspects various construction projects for compliance with plans and specifications.
* Reads, interprets and understands construction plans and specifications.
* Maintains effective communication with the contractor, public and other employees.
* Performs basic engineering calculations and functions.
* Operates a motor vehicle.
* Maintains accurate notes and records.

* Must be able to provide own steel toed shoes.
* Must possess a valid driver's license.
