We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Superintendent / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee and manage all aspects of our multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial buildout, and a proven track record in managing scopes and contracts. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing complex projects, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Superintendent / Project Manager, you will:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

2. Develop and maintain project schedules, and manage project scopes and contracts.

3. Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction crew and subcontractors, ensuring all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

4. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any issues that may arise.

5. Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, communicating regularly to keep them informed of project status and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

6. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes, safety regulations, and other industry standards.

7. Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, costs, and other key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically with multifamily, residential, and commercial buildouts.

2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

3. Proven experience in managing scopes and contracts.

4. Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and keep teams motivated and focused.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

7. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

8. Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
