JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking highly professional and career-driven Customer Support Service Professionals to join our team. This role is responsible for handling incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries on client's accounts. Successful candidates will deliver world-class service with accuracy and efficiency while consistently meeting department performance metrics. Support areas include Client's Cash Management products and services, Client's Online (client website), Mobile app, and general account or financial inquiries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle incoming client phone calls with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
Provide support for client's Cash Management products and services.
Assist clients with Online and Mobile app inquiries.
Respond to general account and financial-related inquiries.
Consistently meet or exceed key department performance metrics.
Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Multi-task effectively and adjust quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.
Deliver world-class customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preference for one of the following:
College degree.
Previous contact center experience.
