Electrical Support Engineer

Job Description

We are hiring an entry level "Electrical Support Engineer" to join with a Manufacturing company. The position is focused on providing support in industrial electrical systems, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production processes.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. 40 hours per week.

SALARY: $22 p/h

ACTIVITIES:

-Provides day to day electrical support to the plant site.

-Supports continuous improvement by providing specifications and designs for electrical equipment

-Leads investigations to determine root cause of electrical using tools like Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and Why Tree.

-Works with local team, procurement, and vendors to coordinate and execute repairs or purchase of electrical equipment.

-Update maintenance plans (preventive and predictive) for electrical equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Completed Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

-1+ year of experience in similar role.

-Knowledge of industrial electricity and reading electrical diagrams.
