• Plan, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
• Evaluate and organize daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Recruit, hire, supervise, develop, and retain staff and/or volunteers
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Implement pricing and credit policies
