Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Custom Home Construction Supervisor based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily job site activities, manage construction progression, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role includes conducting site inspections, coordinating with subcontractors, and effectively communicating with the construction team and clients to ensure smooth project execution. The Construction Supervisor will play a vital role in maintaining timelines, resolving any on-site issues, and delivering completed projects on schedule.

Qualifications

Strong Site Supervision and Supervisory Skills to manage construction projects and lead teams effectively

Experience with Construction Safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Proficiency in conducting Inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards

Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members, subcontractors, building officials, and clients

Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and project management practices

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges efficiently

Relevant experience in residential construction supervision; familiarity with custom home building is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in construction management or safety are highly desirable
