Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and ambitious freshers to join our Business Development team. The role involves client acquisition, lead generation, coordination with internal teams, and closing event deals. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in sales, events, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through calls, social media, references, and field work

Understand client requirements for events and celebrations

Pitch BTN Events’ services to prospective clients

Coordinate with the events and operations team for proposals and quotations

Follow up with leads and close deals

Maintain client database and daily sales report.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any Graduate (sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)

Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Good verbal communication in English & Hindi

Confidence, persuasion, and negotiation skill

Sales mindset with hunger to earn incentives

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
