Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP, a nationally recognized collections law firm, is expanding its government collections practice and seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team in Dublin. Candidates with experience in collections and customer service who are ready to make an impact in a professional call center environment are encouraged to apply.

This position offers an hourly base rate plus commission, providing strong earning potential.

Position: Collections Representative

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Full-time, In-Office Position

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts independently with accuracy and efficiency.

Employ custom collection strategies, including skip tracing, phone calls, and written correspondence.

Process and complete forms required by taxing authorities.

Develop and implement effective collection methods to meet and exceed financial goals.

Provide exceptional customer service with a keen attention to detail.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and collections preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to overcome objections and drive successful outcomes.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
