Job Description Job Description: Pre-Sales Solution Architect – Technology Consulting Total Technical Experience: 14 – 18 years Pre Sales Architecture Experience: Minimum 5 years Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our Technology Consulting team.

This role is pivotal in driving transformative B2B solutions, including B2B commerce platforms, business transformation initiatives, and technology consulting services.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to design and present impactful solutions that address complex client needs and foster lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement and Relationship Building: - Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, translating complex technical concepts into business value propositions.

- Conduct discovery workshops and technical assessments to define requirements and solution scope.

- Present innovative and scalable solutions to key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical teams.

- Solution Design and Strategy: - Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their business challenges and transformation goals.

- Design end-to-end B2B solutions encompassing commerce platforms, supply chain integration, digital transformation, IT consulting services working in collaboration with other Solution Architects and following organizationally defined best practices.

- Develop tailored solution blueprints and technology roadmaps to align with client’s KPIs and industry best practices.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner with internal teams, including consulting, delivery, product, solution architects, and engineering, to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet client needs.

- Ensure organizational best practices are followed.

- Gather insights from market trends and client feedback to refine service offerings and drive innovation.

- Thought Leadership and Market Intelligence: - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in B2B commerce, digital transformation, and technology consulting.

- Act as a thought leader by contributing to whitepapers, webinars, and client presentations on transformative B2B strategies.

- Provide training and enablement to sales and technical teams to enhance understanding of solutions and market opportunities.

- Documentation and Reporting: - Create detailed solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and SoW (Scope of Work) documents.

- Support RFP/RFI processes by preparing comprehensive technical responses that highlight differentiation and value.

Qualifications Qualifications: Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

Advanced degrees or certifications in technology consulting or B2B platforms are a plus.

Technical Skills: - Proficiency in B2B commerce platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce B2B Commerce, Adobe Commerce, or Magento). - Understanding APIs, system integrations, and enterprise architecture.

- Understanding cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and digital transformation frameworks.

- Familiarity with supply chain management, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.

- Awareness of GenerativeAI and AgenticAI trends and solutions.

Soft Skills: - Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions in a business context.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a client-first approach.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
