Position: Forklift Operator

Job Title: Forklift Operator (Enclosed Cab Forklift)

Pay: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Monroe, NC

Schedule: Full-Time (8-10hr shifts)

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and material-handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities: Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach, or pallet jack as required) Load and unload Move materials to designated storage or production areas Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Assist with general duties as needed Requirements: Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus) Ability to lift up to 50lbs Basic math and inventory skills Strong attention to safety and detail Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Competitive hourly pay ($18.50–$22/hr) Overtime opportunities
