Night Warehouse Line Picker

Job Brief:

As a Night Warehouse Line Picker, you'll pick product orders using a voice-operated headset and make sure they are packed and ready to ship without any errors or damage.

Essential Functions:

Hand selects orders for customers using a voice operated headset in a temperature-controlled environment.

Be able to walk for most of the shift on concrete floors or rubber mats, searching for and retrieving product items from sales orders.

Place correct shipping labels on products and move completed orders to shipping area.

Bend down and stretch above head to retrieve products to fill sales orders for next day shipment.

Carefully pick glass and other fragile product items and ensure they are wrapped and placed in appropriate shipping containers.

Responsible for keeping work area and aisles clean and free from obstructions.

Sort picked product by destination stop.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Work in an area with moving industrial equipment such as forklifts and electric stackers.

Any other associated function required to complete the tasks assigned by the Manager.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

Must be able to read and write in English.

High school diploma preferred.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift items for most of your shift.

Able to lift up to 45 pounds.

Work Hours:

4 days per week Monday to Thursday, 5pm start time, work until done.

Work all scheduled shifts to receive a $1.00 an hour attendance bonus.
