Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager to lead our design team in delivering innovative and high-quality architectural solutions for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept through completion, ensuring that all designs meet client expectations and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design team to develop architectural solutions for high-rise residential projects.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.

Oversee the preparation of design documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations throughout the design and construction phases.

Review and approve design plans and specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Facilitate design development and construction administration processes, ensuring alignment with project goals.Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on high-rise residential projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.

Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building systems.

Experience with multi-family residential projects is preferred.

Familiarity with Bluebeam, MEP, and structural systems is a plus.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
