About the Role
Central Texas Recruiting is supporting a hospital-based HTM team seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing diagnostic imaging systems in a clinical environment while ensuring patient safety and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair imaging equipment (CT, X-ray, C-arm, ultrasound)
Troubleshoot system failures and restore operational readiness
Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve equipment issues
Maintain detailed service documentation and compliance records
Participate in on-call rotation as required
Qualifications & Requirements
U.S. Work Eligibility Required
Education & Experience
Associate Degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent experience
3+ years supporting clinical devices OR 1+ year imaging equipment repair
Hospital or healthcare environment experience required
Technical Skills
Diagnostic tools and test equipment
Imaging system troubleshooting
Strong communication and documentation skills
