Location: Tulsa County, OK

Salary: $22-$27+/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Contract On-site 6 Months

About the Roles

This roles supports logistics and material movement for large-scale industrial and energy-related projects. You’ll work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure materials move safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation

Issue Release-to-Ship documentation and verify supplier readiness

Track shipments, resolve delays, and communicate updates

Manage logistics documentation and digital records

Maintain shipment logs, packing slips, and delivery confirmations

Qualifications & Requirements

U.S. Work Eligibility Required

Experience

3+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination

Experience with freight scheduling and trucking operations

Excel proficiency required; Aconex / Oracle preferred

Preferred Background

Energy, pipeline, fabrication, or industrial project logistics

DOT / HAZMAT familiarity

QA/QC workflow exposure
