Management Trainee

Our 2 year Management Trainee Program gives college graduates the opportunity to train in different departments of the casino while getting paid!

Train for 1 2 months in each department of Commerce Casino: Hotel, Guest Experience, Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, Casino, Food & Beverage, Accounting, Cage, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security.

Requirements to apply: Must be at least 21 years of age 4 year degree from an accredited university Email a 1 page minimum essay on why you are interested in training for a management position at Commerce Casino.

Essay should be emailed to: Essential Job Functions: Receives management training from Commerce Casino’s various departments.

Learns all Poker and California game rules pursuant to departmental dealing procedures.

Participates in on-the-job training, completing all assigned tasks.

Must be able to work any schedule including Holidays, weekends and graveyard shifts.

Assists with day-to-day operations with each department.

Observe and gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes from various positions and departments in the company’s operations.

Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by Management.
