Job Description
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Perform data entry, filing, and document management.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and basic spreadsheets.
Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Support management and team members with administrative tasks.
Assist with record keeping and compliance documentation.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
