Job Description

We are hiring for 2nd shift!

Core Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate specialized equipment such as folder/gluer machines, corrugated paper box machinery, and Apstar RDC systems.

Quality Control: Constantly monitor products for defects, including issues with print, correct sizing, "loose liner," or warping to ensure they meet customer specifications.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Identify the root cause of equipment issues and perform minor repairs or submit formal maintenance work orders to minimize downtime.

Material Handling: Move raw materials like roll stock and finished goods using equipment such as forklifts, hand carts, hoists, and pallet jacks.

Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to strict safety protocols, including monthly OSHA training and maintaining a clean work center according to 5S standards. Company Description
