Engineering and maintenance staff

Qualifications:

*Education

· Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.

*Skills and Knowledge

Years of experience in mechanical machine maintenance and repair is required.

· Machine installation, repair, and maintenance.

· Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

· Experience in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

· Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Teamwork and communication skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Main Duties:

· Maintenance & Repair – Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems, machinery, and conduct repairs or

replacements of defective parts to minimize downtime.

· Safety & Compliance – Comply with industry standards and company policies regarding mechanical systems.

· Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians. Report issues,

progress, and recommendations.
