Responsibilities:
Perform thorough examinations of homes for cleanliness and damage.
Conduct and report home inspections evaluation forms
Implement and improve quality control operating procedures, staging, and stocking of homes.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems, defects, maintenance, security, safety, and cleanliness issues.
Participate in routine visual inspections.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assist housekeeping team with cleaning and laundry duties
Assist with recruiting and training of housekeeping staff
Communicate with clients as needed to gain approval for purchases and maintenance needs.
Purchase and deliver products that need stocked
Assist with with light bulb and battery changes.
Help with trash pickups, disposal and hand shoveling- snow removal.
Other duties as needed and assigned.
On Call and weekend availability requiredQualifications:
Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Some heavy lifting, 50 + lbs. may be required.
Comfortable using ladders.
Safe driving record
Have reliable transportation that can be used for the work area throughout Summit County.
