Job Description
Gillmann Services is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead residential landscape construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run crews, operate equipment, and deliver quality work on schedule.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential job sites
Operate equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, and excavators
Perform and oversee excavation work for pools, patios, retaining walls, and foundations
Drive and operate dump trucks with trailers
Ensure job site safety, productivity, and quality workmanship
Communicate effectively with crew members and management
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience, including leadership or foreman experience
Proven experience operating mini excavators, skid steers, and/or excavators on residential sites
Experience driving a dump truck with a trailer
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills
