Atlantic Coast Acquisitions is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Management Trainees. This full-time, in-person role provides paid training and hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales support, marketing initiatives, and team operations. The position is designed for individuals interested in developing professional skills and growing within a structured career path.Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers in a retail environment to provide product information and support

Assist with in-store promotional events, product demonstrations, and display setup

Participate in daily training focused on sales support, customer service, marketing, and leadership fundamentals

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services

Support the execution of marketing campaigns and day-to-day operational activities

Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goalsQualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred

Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

Willingness to learn, follow direction, and accept coaching

Reliable attendance and punctualityWork Environment & Schedule
