Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities:

Makes daily rounds on the unit in order to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status of nursing residents

Provides comprehensive oversight to unit staff to assure nursing care is proved according to physician's order's.

Analyzes and evaluates nursing staff needs as well as determines staffing requirements

Assesses the needs of each resident, and implements the Resident Interim Care Plan

Provides daily input to the Unit Manager for development of the resident care plan

Performs generalized Charge Nurse duties

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) skills and requirements:

Valid LPN license

Excellent bedside manner and communication skills

Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations

Full time Position

3pm - 11pm

$32 - $34 per hour
