Responsibilities and Scheduling:

Float to different clinic locations depending on need at our clinics in the western suburbs, for short and long-term assignments

Call coverage and Saturday clinic hours may be required depending on location

Required Skills and Qualifications

Clean and Active NP License in IL

CPR

DEA

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program

Masters degree in Nursing
