Role & Responsibilities:

• Define and document the end-to-end architecture for the Agent Assist solution.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices using Node.js.

• Develop integration patterns for real-time and asynchronous communication between services.

• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize models from Gemini and Azure OpenAI.

• Guide development teams on best practices in Node.js and React.

• Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance audits.

• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and contact SMEs.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
