Job Title: Customer Service, Client Support
Location: Columbus, OH 43219, USA
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay range: $20-22/hr.
Job Description:
Responsible for delivering world-class client service by building strong relationships and serving as a primary point of contact for Retirement Services inquiries. The role involves handling inbound calls from financial advisors and branch employees, resolving issues using internal and external tools, and ensuring requests are routed and escalated appropriately. Success is measured by meeting established team and departmental service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain effective client relationships to ensure high-quality service
Handle incoming calls related to Retirement Services from advisors and branch staff
Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries using available tools and resources
Follow established procedures to route requests and escalate issues when needed
Consistently meet service-level and performance goals set by management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with effective multitasking and time management skills
Ability to build positive client relationships and handle difficult interactions
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate potential issues
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Ability and willingness to learn quickly and apply knowledge across scenarios
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 2 years of financial industry experience
